In 1992, Zhejiang Baicaoyuan Stock¡¢ Metallic Wire Co.,ltd (BCY) is established in the Wenzhou, Zhejiang, which is one of the earliest tinsel production enterprises in China.

     In 2002,BCY is awarded the title of Zhejiang Hundred Strong Enterprise of Light Industry.
     In February, 2002, BCY invests 11.5 million specialized productions stainless steel wires, the stainless steel micro silk and the resistance wire and so on.
