Since its establishment, BCY has all along been com-mitted to R&D and production of metal wire. In recent ye-ars, it has successively made achievements in electroly-tic cleaning, coating thawing and cooling, surface treat-ment technology, top-grade lubricant, advanced lubrica-ting process and new mould maintenance process, whi-ch has improved the product quality completely. Also we cooperate with Western Research Institute of Metal Mat-erials to establish a long-term research center special for R&D of stainless steel, copper and alloy steel super-thin wires. Besides, we¡¯ve introduced in high-precision integrated drawing and anneal equipment with automatic control, gas protection and purifying unit, electrolytic cleaning unit, precision inspection instruments and mou-ld maintenance equipment, which complete ensure the company¡¯s capability of producing high-quality super-thin wires with diameter below 0.025mm. We are also available for producing medical metal wires for special application in the medical industry.
